The way that learning is designed and delivered impacts how learning is transferred to practice. If you are working in learning and development, there are ways you can change your approach to make it more likely that people will use their learning.

In this session, we will explore learning design and delivery factors that support learning transfer.

The webinar will include presentations, group activities and personal reflective time. You will hear about a research and resources and talk to other participants about ways they are supporting effective learning.

This session is designed for anyone who is responsible for supporting learning and development in their organisation.
