Join an interactive webinar for learning and development professionals from across the Research in Practice network. Reflecting on messages from our previous learning theory events, participants will have time to discuss, reflect and plan for change together.
The webinar will include group activities, discussion and personal reflective time, with a focus on collaborative action planning.
This session is designed for anyone who is responsible for supporting learning and development in their organisation.
You need to have attended at least one of the previous learning theory webinars to participate in this session.
Learning outcomes
During this session, you will:
- Reflect on messages from previous learning theory webinar. We will discuss what you have already put into practice and what you would like to put into practice going forward.
- Come together with other learning and development practitioners to discuss learning transfer strategies and plan for change.
- Create an action plan to develop a learning transfer climate in your organisation, considering individual factors, learning design and organisational factors.
This is a learning theory event.
Learning theory events are designed to support learning and development practitioners to build their knowledge of learning theory. It is also an opportunity to reflect on creating conditions for a positive learning culture to thrive.
This is part of the Learn and deliver programme.
