The diagnostic survey

The SWORD workbook is designed to be used alongside an online diagnostic survey on organisational resilience. The survey is open twice yearly in Spring and Autumn, for more information see Tool & survey

Practice leaders will be able to lead their organisation’s use of the survey, then use the SWORD workbook’s practical advice and guidance to improve conditions for their workforce. This diagnostic tool will support leaders to understand the health of their workforce and improve understanding of social worker wellbeing across the sector as a whole.
